“Not only was the tour bus nearly 30 minutes late but we drove for about 15 minutes and then they announced the tour has been cancelled due to a traffic accident. I know this is not their fault but it was very disappointing and now we have to go through the process of getting our money back. The gentleman running the tour was very kind and helpful they said we can go Thursday instead but we will leave Thursday. Overall, very disappointing just hoping we will get our money back soon.”
